The feedback system on Weftidy allows buyer and seller to share their experiences in an open forum. We encourage genuine and honest feedback to widen Weftidy community, which will be helpful to buyers, sellers and Weftidy as well.
After a successful deal, Weftidy will send a link of feedback form to both buyer and seller for sharing their experience on Weftidy. These links will be valid for 10 days. 30 days later, another link of feedback will be sent to buyer for sharing experience of using of the purchased product that will be valid for 30 days. The feedbacks of both buyers and sellers will be displayed on their profiles.
Content Guidelines
Weftidy will not allow following contents:
- Any vulgarity.
- Sharing of personal information.
- Posting commercial advertisements.
- Any religious and political comments.
- Extortion or manipulation.
- Sharing of any spam.
Any violation of the above guidelines will lead to the banning of the user.
However, Weftidy does not have any objection to the following contents:
- Both the positive and negative comments are allowed to share related to our service.
- Comments on our service at support@weftidy.com that will help us improve.
